im still very tired from the trip especially from a surreal night and ja, wongo has returned from germany. it's been a greaat week, i loved it and i didn't want to leave. especially not those rare looking faces on a 5ft 11 body, and over here.. what do you get? a 5ft 3 lad who's overweight, likes to punch walls, thinks acting like a dickhead is awesome and going in the riot van every night.

man, i don't seem so up to date with things anymore.. since this announcement was made like two months ago. even though i first got the news from nylon in august which they were also crazy about the whole thing, i was just too lazy to order myself a pair or two from mytights.com

well now i have! yes! yes! finally! i could actually be asked to buy a pair and i'm so happy! cause they're the exact ones that appeared on the runway of HOH's fall 2009 collection.. with agyness in green ones :D and what i love most about these tights is that they were only 10 pounds, also i love the block colours pattern; makes me want to partaayy.. and 14 year olds like me can't afford 200 pounds ones that make us feel as if we could of brought 30 pieces of clothing from H&M.. ha?

thank you henry holland and aggy too! for making awesome tights affordable! and to be honest, i wanted the whole collection of tights.. but i'm on a budget so i had to keep it to just one :( i want the alphabet ones too, cry now....

miu miu, you've actually made me want to eat my heart out!

gahhh! how happy was i when i saw miu miu's s/s 2010 collection?! i was VERY happy. i started doing a jig around the house and ran up to my mom to see how much i have in my savings account! but of course, she gave me the 'look' and like all typically chinese parents do.. she says "no miu miu! too exspensive! save money for universty fees! education is more important! get some A*s! A+ aren't good enough!"

but anyway... i love how there's a mix of elegance and quirkyness (?) in the collection. from cat prints (OMG! I LOVE CATS!), to embellishments to poofy sleeves and to neat, french collars. the colors are beautiful and well chosen too, there's quite a mix of them; a nude sort of color, dark blues, a gentle pink with white cats and a bright pink consisting of cats, again on a white background. i'll love to try the third outfit out, just cut up one of my old dresses, stitch it up a bit and buy a clean white blouse then some high waisted blue pants! but then again, people in my town will have no idea why i dress like this and will probably do the whole 'point and laugh' thing, like that time i wore red plaid tights (yes, that's how lame everyone is, awful! i know! but caring was the last thing on my mind). ha, well.. i love it and it's best to be different then to be another fake replica of someone else.

oh anyday, i would wear these out to the supermarket! the daisy print and the shape reminds me of the 70s.. groovvy! this has got to be one of the BEST collections by miu miu ever! this is will be one of my favourites along with s/s 2008 (recommend you find it on style.com), that collection made me go crazy.. it was so beautiful that they looked like wearable pieces of art! and same to this collection, the bottom three reminds me of couture and i can't explain it.. the dresses are real lovely. don't forget the shoes.. *drools*.

oh my, what have you young things been up to?

ahh, i know what you must be thinking.. where are the accessories?! well, i thought the shirt and the pants would have a huge impact as they're so detailed and bright. so i kept it simple with nothing but a pair of army like booties. but, of course.. i was wrong! the jacket was inspired by balmain's crazy shoulder padded jackets from the A/W 09 collection which i adored! and a mix of badass runaway, especially the pants.. as if i fell into a bin. real smooth. i HAD to wear the christopher kane as it is one of my favourite pieces EVER owned?! oui!!!

today was a very nice one, me and my super beautiful friend mabel decided to do a photoshoot outside my house and inside my house. it's nothing special, just a cute little cosy home with a bundle of i-D, dazed & confused, nylon, vogue and random objects (such as a italian phrasebook and one knitting needle) scattered across the floor.. there wasn't really much of a theme, it was just one of those "i'm in a good mood" things.

here are the shots I took of mabel, there are actually over 40 since we got very carried away! in which many are on my facebook to the people who know me very well :) i wanted to steal her top to layer with my play by commes des garcons stripy tee which would look ffffiinnnnneeee and then i would add a massive, chunky, colorful knitted scarf to it. maybe a mix of vivenne westwood and avant-garde i say, thats if i also add a pirate hat with wide legged pants.. maybe an eye patch too.. since thats became very attractive!

of course.. my photos aren't as good as the 5"7, long legged dark blonde who's last photo looks as if she's in a dolce & gabbana ad. ahh, how i wish to grow a few more inches so i don't have to stand on my tip toes as i try on my mom's marni dress.. it's kinda calf length on me which makes me look like a cute grandma! also, why do i look about 4 years younger?! the asian cuteness is such a fail, at least i'm not making peace signs on the corners of my eye and pouting as if i've just swallowed a lemon. nicht cool.

hello world, i'm naomi. and this is like my 6th blog now?! i think. i've lost count, because i've forgotten all the links and the many different passwords, ha. i've been having a fling with fashion for a very long time now, since i was 5 when i wore pinafores and i swear down, that i will keep this blog going until my fingers fall off. and let's keep this spontaneous for now until the shoots. but for now, you may stare at my mom's calvin klein booties i found on a shelf until the second post! :)
